money-back guarantee unless otherwise specified.
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased
from this website, you may return it within 30 days
of the purchase date by the conditions stated below.
Inventory
clearance or close out items do NOT have a
money
back guarantee, all sales are final on these items.

Return Policy Information
All refund requests must be directed
to 877-663-3438 Customer support, Return Authorizations
for returning the product for refund - You will
need a Return Authoriziation Code as listed in the
next section.
Requests must be made within
30 days of the transaction.
Payments made on a credit or
debit card can only be refunded to the card used
to make the payment.
We cannot issue check or cash
refunds for credit card payments. Check, Automated
Clearing House (ACH), and bank transfer payments
cannot be refunded until 20 days business days after
your payment is deposited.
Please
follow these simple steps to complete a return refund
request:
- Call
our Customer Service department at (877) 663-3438
to obtain a return merchandise authorization number
(RMA) and mailing address to return the package
to.
- Write
your reason for returning the product and the RMA
number on the sales receipt you received with your
order or a copy of the sales receipt - If not available,
please write it on a piece of paper as we need the
customers input for returns for us to get credit
from our Manufacturers
- RMA
number PLEASE write underneath your return address
at the top left of the package being returned.
- Mail
back the remaining product PROMPTLY!
in its original packaging, the receipt with reason
and the return authorization number to the address
supplied to you by customer service.
